  • We at the Intelligent Semiconductor Materials Lab, Korea University, are seeking highly motivated graduate students and interns to join our team.
    Our research focuses on intelligent semiconductor materials for next-generation AI hardware, neuromorphic devices, and energy-efficient electronics.

  • 1) Postdoctoral Researchers ➡ Independent research with leadership opportunities
    - Research Areas: AI semiconductor materials, neuromorphic and memory devices, low-power and flexible electronics
